YOGA CLASSES

The Kundalini Yoga is an ancient science on the art of dealing with the expansion of consciousness, waking up and doing the ENERGY Kundalini via the vertebral spine, and through activating the canters of energy called chakras.

This achievement is made mixing and uniting prana (energy cosmic) with FITANA (energy waste disposal) thereby generating a pressure that forces the rise of Kundalini through the column using the Pranayama (breathing exercises), Bhandara (body contractions), KRYIAS (games full of exercises) and using the Asano (postures), MUDRA(gestures with hands, arms or fingers) and MANTRA (words sung).

The Kundalini Yoga is called Yoga of Awareness; their practices are dynamic, energising and objective. Strengthens, lengthens, and relaxes muscles and the whole metabolism. Increases the respiratory capacity and level of physical and mental vitality. It stimulates the harmony of glandular and nervous systems, synchronizing them with a network of meridians, chakras and body energy. It also proposes a deep dive in the Meditation.

With these techniques, we seek an experience of harmony of our being - body, mind and spirit. Brought to the West by Yogui Bhajan in the late 70, the Kundalini Yoga is for all those who seek a balance between internal peace and an active presence in the world of family and work.
