Shamatha meditation is nothing more than a meditation to calm the mind, using breathing as our main tool.

breathing can be a powerful ally in the spiritual path, taking knowledge, conscience and nutrition to our body and mind. We live inside the breathing rhythm and by harmonizing ourselves to its patterns we find a path that conduct directly to our inner nature.

In the begginning, we canthink about meditation as something outside of us - an experience to be aquired, or a discipline to be dominated. But meditation isn't exterior, it's in our mind; all the nature of the mind can be our meditation.

These meditation sessions are for to everyone, independently of their practice or religion.
